Spring 2025 Dedicated Center Munch & Mingle
Desc: Career Services will be visiting all the dedicated centers this Spring semester, and bringing snacks! If you have any career questions, need help with your resume, or finding an internship site or job, stop in and let's see if I can provide the information you need. We'll have a variety of snacks available, so stop in to grab a snack and ask thoses pressing questions. If you are unavailable on the date of your center visit, feel free to attend one of the others, if you can. The dates and times for the visits are: - 2/3- Watsontown (Greater Susquehanna) from 9-4pm - 2/11- Berwick from 8am-3pm - 2/12- Pittston from 2pm-6pm - 2/17- Shamokin (Northumberland) from 9am-3pm - 2/24- Hazleton from 9am-3pm - 2/26- Scranton from 9am-3pm - 3/12- Wilkes-Barre from 1-6pm

Spring 2025 Career Fairs Schedule
Desc: Career Services will be holding it's Spring targeted Career Fairs on the following days and times. If you would like to be included in the Fairs, please email me to let me know so I can add you to my list. We will hold a lunch and Industry Advisory Board meeting after the Trades & Techology Fair, so I hope you can stick around. I hope to see everyone there! - 4/7- Health Science Fair (Nursing, Dental, & 2nd Year Respiratory Therapy), 11am-2pm in the Health Science Center (2nd floor) - 4/9- Trades & Advanced Technology Fair, 10am-1pm in the Technology Center - 4/11- Healthcare Fair (Surgical Technology & 1st year Respiratory Therapy), 11am-2pm in the Health Science Center (2nd floor) - 4/16- General Spring Fair, 11am-2pm in the Campus Center (3rd floor) - 4/25- Shamokin Wellness Expo and Career Fair, 11am-2pm at the Shamokin (Northumberland) Center

Turn Up- Paid Summer Voter Registration Internship
Desc: TurnUp Activism is seeking college students to join as a paid Summer Voter Registration Interns. Interns receive a $3,000 stipend and make a significant impact on the 2024 election through high-traffic canvassing to register young people to vote! Each intern will be responsible for locating and engaging with potential voters in high-traffic areas (malls, parks, transit stations, etc.), at local events (fairs, block parties, etc.), and registering them to vote. As part of the internship experience, interns will receive comprehensive education from experienced organizers on voter registration and engagement. TurnUp will also provide the physical materials and supervision necessary to conduct frequent and successful voter registration activities. All voter registration activities are non-partisan. Benefits: - $3,000 stipend - Gas/Public Transit Reimbursement - Make an impact and learn about civic engagement Structure: - Remote but must live in AZ, MI, NV, OH, PA, or WI - Full time, 40 hours/week - 10 weeks - Non-traditional schedule
