Upcoming Soups and Sauces Courses

It's flavorful, it's fun, and students will learn to prepare foundational stocks, soups, and sauces; balance flavors and textures in liquid-based preparations; and apply proper thickening and reduction methods. In this culinary adventure, Chef Kim McLendon will teach students a base of knowledge for creating the flavorful soups, stocks and sauces in their own kitchen.
